RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Timbrelle. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a transparent process for all returns and refunds.
1. RETURN WINDOW
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us or initiate the return process within 2 days of receiving your item.
The countdown begins from the date the tracking information shows the package as "Delivered."
To start a return, please contact us at info@timbrelle.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
It must be in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
3. REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited within 7 business days.
Method: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Note: Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your statement after we have issued it.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Customer Responsibility: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your total.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@timbrelle.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. These cases are exempt from standard return shipping fees.
6. EXCHANGES
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
