SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Timbrelle. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders across India.  

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery: Once processed, your order will typically delivered  within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

High Volume Delay: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.  

2. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can also track your order directly through our page on the website.

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Timbrelle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For domestic orders within India, GST is already included in the checkout price.

4. DAMAGES
Timbrelle is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@timbrelle.com or via our WhatsApp support.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We request a short unboxing video or photos of the damaged product to expedite the replacement or refund process under our 2-day return notification rule.

5. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. If you notice an error, contact us at info@timbrelle.com within 12 hours of placing your order to attempt a correction.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we primarily focus on shipping within India. For international inquiries, please contact our support team at info@timbrelle.com to see if delivery to your region is possible and to receive a custom shipping quote.
